During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. the complimentary breakfast was also a great perk, with a good selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to a shopping mall, which provided plenty of dining options and entertainment.
One downside of the hotel was that it was quite far from the city center. To explore Valencia, a car was necessary, making it a bit inconvenient for those without their own transportation.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is close to a great shopping center with a nice selection of restaurants too. You won't have to worry about finding a place to eat or entertain yourself, as everything is just a short walk away. the hotel offers free parking, making it easy for guests to come and go as they please.
The beds in the rooms were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Convenient location near bus 160 to city center and attractions. Superb continental breakfast, filling and good. Shopping center nearby with shops and restaurants open late. Room had amenities, comfy bed. Good parking, same quality as other Holiday Inn hotels.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was well-designed and had everything I needed. The breakfast was thoughtful and a perfect start to the day. The hotel's location near a huge shopping mall made it convenient for accessing stores and restaurants. It was also easy to catch a city bus downtown. Additionally, the quick trip to the airport was a great advantage.
